Returns

We hope you love your ONJENU purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. Unfortunately, items purchased more than 14 days are not eligible for a refund. There is a returns form sent with your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the swing tag attached. Items with any signs of wear, such as make-up are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund. We reserve the right to reject returns on items that are not in a sellable condition. If your product arrives with any issues, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can promptly address your concerns.

Please ensure you return the garment as you have received it with its original tag; as failure to do so may result in the returned items being declined and sent back to you; this will also apply to stated damaged goods which will be thoroughly investigated before a refund is commenced. You will need to return your items via the post, and we do recommend using a tracked or recorded service.

Pierced earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Refunds

Once we receive the goods back into our warehouse the refund process can then take between 12-14 days to be completed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please be aware that refund times may vary and are subject to the policies of your financial institution. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note, for orders shipped outside the UK, we are unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order.

Returning items is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, and we cannot be held accountable for lost returned goods.
